Our lease is up so its time to relocate. We will not be moving any of our inventory, including all the new pieces we move in daily! That's good news for you because it means that all items are 50% off starting Thursday February 20 at 10am. It also means that all of the items in our new location will be fresh and unseen. Cash From Clutter is moving and I am looking to lease a new space. While out looking, I came across a great building for lease but its huge! Creative people contact me daily asking if I will rent out part of my shop for booth rent (or wall rent for artists). I envision putting together a creative co-op of like minded individuals. If you upcycle items, reupholster furniture, design jewelry, create art, build unique items or resale vintage clothing I want to hear from you!
I am proposing to secure the lease then sublease booths on a month to month basis. This is going to be a high end shopping mall with a variety of eclectic items for the individual and home. Think Brass Armadillo but remove the antiques only aspect. Think good quality, trendy and eclectic! If you have nice pieces and have been trying to sell them in other places or perhaps just online, this might be a good opportunity for you. The space will accommodate at least 60 vendors /artists with adequate floor space, wall space and additional storage if needed. Think of the exposure when we have 60 different people marketing our location! Consider trying it for at least a month.
I am also interested in speaking to anyone who has a food truck or would like to operate out of a cold kitchen within the space. Coffee and beverage vendors are welcome as well.
There are many more details to discuss. All I am looking for right now is people who are interested in the concept and would be willing to make a soft commitment to the initiative.
